“Naomi, where are you going?” Florence called after her with concern.
“To see Ruby.” Naomi tossed the words over her shoulder without looking back and left the house.

“Mom, Dad, I’m finished. Please take your time. have some things to attend to, so I’ll head out now.” Arabella then set down her cutlery, acting as if nothing had happened, and left the dining room.
“Arabella, are you sure you’re done?” Florence called after her, concerned she might have left upset.
“Yes, I’m full.”
Jonathan and Florence watched Arabella’s composed departure with mild surprise.

Meanwhile, in the CEO’s office at Horizon Corp. Matthew had also seen the photos circulating online of him and Arabella at the mall.
Though most shots showed his profile or back, Arabella’s face was clearly visible.
Looking at the images–how close they appeared, almost like a couple shopping together- an unconscious, faint smile touched his lips.
He knew the angles were misleading and didn’t reflect the actual distance between them at the time.
But he had to admit, they looked… pleasant. He liked them.
Almost without thinking, Matthew saved the photos of himself and Arabella.

“Have all posts slandering Arabella removed. Identify the source of these rumors and ensure they face appropriate consequences,” Matthew ordered, his tone icy.
The physician he had engaged–how dare they attack her character.
“Yes, sir.” Andy immediately picked up his tablet to check, but found no active posts defaming Arabella.
Puzzled, he looked at Matthew. “Mr. Stewart, I’m not seeing any posts spreading rumors about Ms. Hamilton currently.”
“Hmm?” Matthew quickly took his own phone back to look.

“What happened? Where did they all go?”
He tried refreshing, but couldn’t access them. The entire site seemed to have crashed.
“Mr. Stewart, is it possible Ms. Hamilton already had them taken down?” Andy ventured.
“Regardless, investigate this thoroughly,” Matthew instructed.
“Right away.” Andy left to handle it immediately
Matthew stared at his now–blank phone screen, his brow furrowed. Could Arabella have acted that swiftly?

Seeing the wave of hate directed at Arabella, Dylan and Harper couldn’t stop smirking.
