Chapter 315 Design Commission
Robert gave Matthew a sidelong glance. “Odd.”
“Mr. Robert Stewart, Mr. Stewart, we’ve arrived,” Andy reminded them.
“Grandfather, let’s go in,” Matthew said, stepping out of the car first and waiting for Robert.
Robert set aside his curiosity for the moment, his expression turning more formal.

“Ah, Robert! What an honor. You grace us with your presence!” An elderly gentleman with silver hair and glasses came forward, his smile warm and welcoming.
“How could I refuse when you extended the invitation so warmly, Felix?” Robert replied cordially.
“This is my granddaughter, recently returned from her studies overseas,” Felix Davis introduced.
Robert offered a polite compliment. “The pride of the Davis family, I see. Truly impressive.”
“You’re too kind, Mr. Stewart,” the young woman said modestly.
Felix looked toward Matthew. “And you’ve raised quite the successor! Mr. Stewart is the talk of Doranor City!”
The two parties continued exchanging pleasantries as they were led into the private dining room.
“Robert, is Mr. Stewart still unattached?” Felix inquired casually.
“Why do you ask?” Robert replied with a knowing smile.
Felix explained, “Naturally, I’m wondering if my granddaughter here might be fortunate enough to catch his eye!”
Hearing this, Robert glanced at Matthew and raised an eyebrow.
Matthew remained impassive, as though the conversation had nothing to do with him.
“Ah, I’m afraid I must disappoint you. Matthew is already spoken for,” Robert responded.
Felix looked surprised. “When did that happen?”
“It was arranged some time ago, but as there was no formal announcement, it hasn’t been widely known,” Robert explained
“A shame for my granddaughter, then,” Felix said, shaking his head with a touch of regret
“A young lady of her caliber will undoubtedly find an excellent match,” Robert said warmly
Felix glanced at Matthew once more before asking curiously, “Might Lask which family’s daughter is so fortunate?”
“It’s Ryan’s granddaughter,” Robert said, deliberately pausing to watch Matthew’s reaction.
Matthew’s brow furrowed slightly, as if he were about to interject.
“Arabella!” Robert said her name before Matthew could speak.

Watching Matthew’s expression ease, Robert smiled to himself.
Hmph, you stubborn kid. Still won’t admit it?
Hearing it was the Hamilton family, Felix laughed heartily. “A fine match indeed.”
‘You must be sure to invite us to the celebration!”
‘But of course!”

After dinner, Arabella was in her room reviewing the reports Chloe had sent.
Suddenly, her phone rang.
‘Hello,” she answered.
‘Someone’s requested a design project from you,” Colton said, getting straight to the point.
Matthew,” Arabella stated simply.
Colton was taken aback. “How did you know?!”
I gave him the contact today,” Arabella said matter–of–factly. “Just tell me the details. What does he want designed, and what are he requirements?”
He wants his office redesigned. The condition is that the designer must visit the site in person,” Colton explained, then paused. Wait… you don’t think he’s onto you, do you?”
Not exactly. He likely suspects something but isn’t certain,” Arabella replied. So he was testing the waters.
Colton hesitated. “So… do we take the job?”
f they refused, Matthew’s suspicions would probably grow. But if she went herself, the secret would be out immediately.
‘Why wouldn’t we take it?” Arabella said with a slight smile.
Colton was stunned. “You’re planning to come clean?!”
‘Of course not,” Arabella said casually. “You’re going.”
‘Me?!” Colton was utterly shocked and immediately protested. “Look, I’d help if I could, but this is way out of my league!”
This was really beyond him!
“But I can handle it,” Arabella said with a light laugh. “Just follow my lead when the time comes.
“Are you sure that’ll work?” Colton remained doubtful,
“It will,” Arabella stated confidently.
“Alright then,” Colton finally agreed.

Trusting Arabella had never steered him wrong before.
After hanging up, a glint of amusement flashed in Arabella’s eyes.
She had known Matthew’s sudden inquiry about office design wasn’t just casual interest.
Luckily, she was prepared. And if she could earn a generous fee in the process–all the better!
In good spirits, Arabella set her phone aside and returned to her reports.

The Next Day, Colton arrived at Matthew’s office as scheduled.
“Hello, I’m the designer, Tylin,” Colton said, feeling slightly nervous.
Andy was completely taken aback. “You’re Tylin?!”
This was mind–boggling!
That name… Didn’t it sound rather feminine?
“I am Tylin,” Colton confirmed with an awkward smile, clasping his hands.
He’d told Arabella–such an artistic name really didn’t suit his vibe, making it hard for people to believe.
Matthew’s gaze sharpened, the atmosphere in the room turning distinctly cooler.
So, this was the person who had designed Edward’s office?
Feeling a chill run down his spine, Colton kept his head slightly lowered, avoiding Matthew’s eyes.
Trusting Arabella was one thing, but facing Matthew directly still made him inexplicably tense.
Suppressing his astonishment, Andy took a steadying breath and spoke as evenly as he could, “We’re looking to redesign this space. Please take a look around and prepare a proposal.”
